RECRUITMENT PROCESS

FORMAL RECRUITMENT
A 1-2 week long process that each chapter conducts. Dry recruitment events are mandated to establish meaningful connections with potential new members.
BID EXTENSION
At a chapter's discretion, they can extend bids to individuals to join their organizations. The deadline changes each semester.
BID ACCEPTANCE
Potential new members are given time to decide whether to join a member fraternity. In order to successfully join an organization, students must fill out an IFC bid acceptance form.
IFC KICKOFF
All students interested in joining a fraternity must attend IFC Kickoff at the Carolina Student Union
